My name is Jon Mundall, I'm 20 and live on a farm in British Columbia, Canada.
I share a wide range of interists, from Renewable Energy, Scada Systems, Photography, overhaulling diesel motors, ham radio, software developement to what this site is all about, Making Metal Detectors!
It's my goal that this site will eventually contain lots of helpful information on the topic.
If you have any comments or questions don't hesitate to contact me!
Update: After metal detecting for several years and only making about a few grand in gold I have to say that the whole gold prospecting thing is a scam! I enjoy making metal detectors as a hobbie but honestly, don't depend on it as an income, Please! Oh and Honestly! If I don't get back to your email It's because I get like 100 emails a week from n00bs all over the world wanting me basicly to train them how to solder.. literly! Maybe someday I'll have time to update things with soldering instructions and the rest of what's needed to complete these projects... I can tell you though that there is nothing more rewarding than tinkering on you're own working detector! You will feel very acomplished!
